Technology is reducing the friction in the marketing and leasing processes forever altering the discovery, information sharing, revenue, and valuations of properties as real estate demand becomes hospitality based.
Lydia Winkler is the co-founder of RentCheck, a software platform, which brings transparency to security deposit deductions and helps property managers save time on inspections with easy self-guided inspections that anyone can do from their smartphone. Lydia holds a Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Arts from Kenyon College.
