About the speaker: Dave Sorin is Chair of the Venture Capital & Emerging Growth Companies practice, a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, and office managing partner of the East Brunswick office. His national practice focuses on representing privately- and publicly-owned startup, emerging growth technology, tech-enabled and life science enterprises as well as the investors, executives, and directors who support or lead them.
