The PropTech Innovation Network (PIN), the only dedicated network of its kind within the Social Housing sector, are delighted to invite you to attend our Spring Network meeting.

Taking place online on Tuesday 27th April 14.00-16.00hrs

In this interactive forum we have three great speakers lined up covering a number of important issues within the PropTech space.

Our speakers are:

Gary Hunter, Head of Business Development, Elastacloud : Digital Twins – making spaces sustainable and efficient through data – Elastacloud will demystify digital twins and provide insight into how the power of digital twins can support social housing

Nigel Banks, Special Projects Director, ilke Homes – will share his experience and insight on designing, manufacturing and maintaining homes for a lower R&M cost – what can we learn from other sectors? Nigel will discuss solutions that minimise future maintenance costs, including for zero carbon homes.

Rob Collingridge, Managing Director, Smartisant Ltd – will give an insight into how the next generation of contextual Smart Homes are evolving be the equivalent of a “self-driving” car. Rob will explore what smart homes are, how they can improve the quality of life for those living in them and ways in which they can support a low touch or zero touch approach to property management.
