One of the best features of Proptech Innovation Network (PIN) membership is access to exciting new tech and solutions from a range of start-ups, early stage growth and new market entrants through our lightning pitch showcases.

We’re pleased to be able to bring you our first online showcase focussing on fresh innovative solutions to solve problems around your PropTech priorities.

Using our ‘Dragons den’ format of no more than 7 slides in 7 minutes and 7mins for Q&A, each presenter needs to bring their ‘A ‘game to grab the attention of PIN members!

So who do we have lined up for this session?

• Pitch 1 – Remote measurement and alert system, providing alternative to manual measurement for areas such as legionella compliance
• Pitch 2 – Smart ventilation control, helping tenants save money on energy bills
• Pitch 3 – Unifies access control to buildings including touchless entry and visitor passes
• Pitch 4 – A retrofit sprinkler that does not require a tank or water mains upgrade; recently selected as one UK’s most innovative businesses.
