PropTech Mission to North America

Mandatory Information Session: Tuesday 27 April at 4.30pm GMT

Sector Focus: Companies in the Proptech space who have tech solutions for landlords, developers, and cities.

About: The aim of this mission is for London based scaleups in the planning, real estate and construction space to explore product-market fit for their technologies in North America. This mission will focus on the mutual benefit of our delegates and the companies & stakeholders we are meeting. We will be virtually visiting with corporates, stakeholders, accelerators, investors, and public bodies across North America who want to meet with the most innovative Proptech businesses in the London ecosystem.

Format: The mission will take place in late June and early July with some events scheduled in the weeks before the mission kicks off including a mandatory information roundtable held on Tuesday 27 April at 4.30pm GMT and pre-mission briefing. The mission will consist of a series of meetings, usually about 8-12 hours’ worth of content. All of the content will be mandatory unless otherwise stated, if you cannot commit the time please do not apply.

Eligibility criteria: To join this trade mission, your company must fit the sector focus and be a member of the Mayor’s International Business Programme. When registering your interest, you will be asked a set of follow-up questions to ensure these criteria are met. Please be sure to list specific companies you are seeking to meet with as well as a well-reasoned outline of why your company would be a good fit for this mission.

We will also have an information roundtable, which will help us get to know you and your company to evaluate if this mission is a good fit for your business, as mentioned above this will be held on Tuesday 27 April at 4.30 – 5.30 pm GMT and is mandatroy to be considered for the mission.

Any companies wishing to apply who are not yet part of the Mayor’s International Business Programme, please note that you will need to apply and be accepted onto the programme to take part in the mission. Our eligibility criteria include: 20% YoY growth, £1m in revenue or funding equivalent (or combination of both) per annum, 10-249 employees.
