As a Construction Lending Program Director, you will be a company leader in on-boarding new enterprise clients, specializing in implementing solutions across all types of Consumer, Commercial Real Estate (CRE), and Advanced Home Builder Finance (HBF) lending programs. This role is designed specifically for an individual with intimate knowledge in the financial institution lending space and the ability to interface with all lines of business. The ideal candidate has experience implementing enterprise SaaS-based clientele, is capable of being a change leader in the largest financial institutions across the country, and has the ability to translate client needs into executable project plans and mobilize internal and external project resources towards the project goals – ultimately leading enterprise-level clients through the on-boarding process. This candidate has a desire to lead clients through the change management process and the aptitude to be a coach/mentor to less-experienced team members and contribute to overall best practice methods for on-boarding new clients.

Be a leader – Lead through displays of influence both internally with teammates to build consensus on routine decisions as well as externally to help prospects understand the best way to solve and optimize workflows involving construction loans and get the most value out of the solutions Built provides.

Accelerate Implementation – Optimize & lead predictable implementation processes, help to accelerate the speed and consistency of implementations, and ultimately provide unparalleled expertise about Built’s products/solutions for customer problems by

~Managing enterprise implementation kick-off and execution, including: maintaining project plans, monitoring timelines, ensuring clients attain stated goals, mitigating project risks, and providing a best in class implementation experience.

~Taking ownership of associated project deliverables/outcomes and mentorship for team members

~Conducting weekly internal status and health communication to the business stakeholders

~Anticipating potential project pitfalls and proactively developing solutions to avoid them

Accelerate Delivery – Support predictable delivery by partnering with account executives to ensure that we are selling well-defined best-in-class solutions and stimulating collaboration amongst members of the Sales and Product team. This ensures that we are delivering maximum value to the customer according to a well-defined project plan with timelines and milestones by helping clients with different personalities see a better way of running their business and navigate the change management process.

Improve Products/Solutions – Partner with our Product and Engineering organization to ensure that we are prioritizing product features appropriately, increasing empathy for our users, and collaborating on strategic initiatives such as product roadmaps. Become an expert on our products/solutions and routinely collaborate to help improve them.

Train & Educate – Intentionally partner with other leaders at Built to create force-multiplying effects across the entire team and increase empathy for our users by sharing your knowledge and expertise about the industry as often as possible.
