DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER, DIGITAL ESTATE AGENCY STARTUP Location: Paddington, London/Remote I Salary: £20-26k (negotiable) + commission I Per: Annum I Term: Permanent *To be considered for this role you must have knowledge of Hubspot or similar CMS systems, as well as extensive experience in social media marketing and advertising.
- Roles and responsibilities: Create and design advertisements and marketing campaigns for the company from conception to completion, with little support needed Plan and control the company’s social media channels, display advertising, email marketing, the company website, and marketing databases Develop and monitor campaigns and campaign budgets, providing timely updates to the rest of the team when required Grow the company’s digital assets traffic and enable digital growth Monitor the primary marketing metrics to establish the effectiveness of online advertising, by creating and maintaining a social media dashboard with KPI’s Report on the performance of digital marketing activities and compare the results against key performance indicators and ROI Review the brand message regularly to ascertain its consistency Develop a workable and comprehensive digital marketing strategy Analysis of end-to-end consumer experience in different digital channels Identify the latest digital technologies and current digital trends affecting the industry Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required Extensive experience in digital marketing and advertising Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool Understands website metrics and best practices Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing Experience in social media marketing and advertising ( Facebook advertising, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Google Ad words) Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results Good at problem-solving and communication Strong writing skills Digital design skills Knowledge of Hubspot or similar CMS system Desirable: Interest in the proptech sector or similar To apply for this position, please send your resume with cover letter at m
