Be in the process of developing the best software for asset managers! We at Architrave apply to you as a collegial, fair, family-friendly employer. In order to take our software solution for data and document management to the next level, we are looking for an Expert People & Culture Generalist (f / m / x) for our Berlin location with a focus on payroll, administration & processes. Our vision is to make processes and workflows in the real estate industry more efficient and transparent. With our software for asset managers, we bring order to the chaos of documents, extract data and make it available to a variety of systems. Our goal: to become THE software for asset managers. In March 2018 Architrave was voted PropTech of the Year! Like many other modern-thinking companies, we have driven the completely out-of-date term ‘HR’ out of the company and hopefully also out of our heads. We think that the term ‘people & culture’ is much more appropriate to what we do here every day. If you see it the same way, feel free to read below about the challenges we have to offer.
