Responsibilities Growth of the Real Estate Vertical in Australia (top-line revenue accountability) Overall accountability for all new and existing customers Development and implementation of customer playbooks/ strategic plans Leverage fully the Microsoft partnership across all aspects of the plan Relationship management at the executive strategic level Establishment and implementation of structured account management for each customer. Overall signoff of product roadmap for Real Estate, working collaboratively with Head of Product for Real Estate, VP of Operations for Real Estate and other stakeholders including President / Head of Real Estate – North America Establish and grow customer success team Leverage all global partnerships to Go To Market Form strong relationships with Willow’s investors Skills And Experience Required Proven knowledge and experience within the Real Estate industry Customer facing leadership role within the Real Estate space, with proven track record of revenue growth Proven capability in invigorating a sales culture, developing a vision and delivering on a strategy in a technology-driven, multi-product environment Experience managing geographically diverse Sales teams A passion for delivering excellence to customers and developing a happy and high-performing team.
