Product Assistant

Here at Assetti, we are currently searching for a Product Assistant to join our journey towards international growth. Assetti is a young and innovative SaaS company, creating and developing a solution for the Real Estate industry. To provide the best customer experience to our clients in 6 different countries, we are expanding our CX team. As our Product Assistant, you will be working with our customers to discover their business needs and challenges and then guiding them to utilize Assetti´s benefits. We are searching for a customer-oriented person with a positive “can-do” attitude to join our team in Joensuu or Lappeenranta (Finland).

Your tasks would include: – Customer support, follow-up and building a good customer relationship – Help and guide our customers via phone, email or chat – Travel and meet our customers onsite to discover and understand their needs and help them to deploy Assetti – The maintenance and improvement of the product delivery processes – Collaborate closely with other teams like Development and Marketing – Create product, customer and marketing documentation Our requirements: – Relevant work experience in customer success – Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption – Strong interpersonal skills and experience in building internal and external relationships – Proven track record of highly professional customer service in a dynamic environment – Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues – An education within real estate, business, communication or IT – Excellent English language skills both verbally as well as written. Fluent or native German and Finnish language is seen as remarkable pros as well. Sounds like a great match?
