What You Will Do

You will be a key member of the operations team in Frankfurt as an expert around data rooms and data management in the real estate industry.

• You will manage data room projects and ensure the smooth set up of the EVANA 360 platform with our clients
• Managing projects implementing our services and onboarding clients to our secure data rooms
• Be the subject matter expert when it comes to real estate documentation and data
• Attend project kick off meetings, consult clients and the business to ensure our projects run like clockwork
• Use your outstanding analytical skills to improve and constantly find creative ways to innovate the way in which the industry and our clients work with documents and data and help us to develop new use cases
• As our expert in data rooms and real estate you will give training and support to internal and external clients as required
•  Work closely with operations to continuously improve our processes, procedures, and products

Who You Are

• You have at least 3 years in a project management position within commercial real estate (Or very closely related position)
• You have probably spent the last few years of your working life talking to asset managers, property managers, brokers and investors
• You have in depth understanding of data rooms and the part they play in real estate management and/or transactions
• You have expert knowledge of documentation and relevant data relating to the real estate Industry
• You could have a background in customer success, due diligence or data quality
• You are highly analytical in your work, creative in finding solutions for complex problems
• An excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy in your work and a talent for concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• You speak and write in German and English fluently
