At Aspire Proptech, our dynamic Sales Associates provide home buyers with a superior home buying experience. We’re searching for a qualified sales associate to add to our team, and to provide the excellent customer service and support we’re known for.

The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator who has a knack for building relationships. With a keen eye on customer satisfaction, the sales associate discovers and pursues new sales prospects, negotiates deals and achieves his/ her sales targets. You are the driving force behind new and ongoing sales opportunities directly impacting our growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Learn customers’ needs and wants and personalize purchase opportunities to address them
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and demos on products and services
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Gather and build upon excellent project and industry knowledge
  • Provide superior customer service, placing heavy importance on brand experience and customer engagement/ satisfaction
  • Serve as the brand ambassador, developing and nurturing strong relationships with customers
  • Meet sales projections, generate ongoing sales opportunities, and achieve company and individual KPI goals and objectives
  • Work as a team player, upholding company policies in all aspects of customer service and contributing to a positive working environment
  • Follow the company processes and procedures in relation to lead management and reporting
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data as per the MIS
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results by working on cross-selling
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Follow a technique based sales approach and keep on improving your sales skills

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Proven experience as a Sales Associate or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi and Kannada
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs
  • Graduate degree in any field
  • Should have a valid driving license and a two/ four wheeler
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing, sales and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner who has a passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
