Job Description
- Lead and coach a sales team of Account Managers to obtain growth and achieve sales targets
- Continue to develop product and services knowledge
- Grow in-depth understanding of accounts given and understand clients’ business needs, challenges and priorities
- Generate Sales opportunities and keep sales pipelines up-to-date in SPOT
- Establish effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Report activity and sales progress to top management
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Business and Marketing, Media/Advertising, e-Commerce or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Sales or CRM
- Strong and reliable team player with leadership experience – team management is a must
- Good analytical and communications skills
- Excellent business telephone etiquette
- Creative with appealing solutions to customers
- Multilingual – English and Malay; optional Chinese dialects
