Systems Manager

One Property Recruitment are seeking a Systems Manager for a leading leasehold managing agent based near Liverpool Street. We are looking for someone who is experienced within an IT and systems setting and well versed with Qube software. My client is going through a period of system integration with plenty of challenges and rewards on the horizon for the right person. My client can also offer plenty of progression within the role due to the growth planned in the next 5 years. Core duties of the position include-

• Identifying emerging PropTech and recommend if suitable for the company
• Support company in managing IT Systems and other complimentary systems
• Keep updated on legislative changes that may impact on systems
• Drive performance and use of systems across the company
• Ensure colleagues are trained to use the system properly
• Work closely with the Head of Finance/Head of Projects
• Manage year end functions
• Advise the management team on training needs across departments
• Carry out audit checks as needed

• Experience of IT systems
• Ability to think logically
• Ideally experienced with Qube
