Our team is organized by product across WiredScore, SmartScore, and an emerging expansion of our Tenant Products. WiredScore has both Commercial and Residential extensions and we are constantly evaluating entry into other verticals.
Powering all of these is the WiredScore Platform, transformative and bespoke software that enables our team to create certifications efficiently and our clients to derive meaningful insights from our data.
We’re looking to add a Technical Product Manager to expand and own this platform and act as the primary liaison between our Product and Development teams.
If you are passionate about PropTech and building amazing software this is the place to put your ideas to work. This is a full-time position based in London or NYC, reporting to our Director of Product.
Act as the primary liaison between Product and Development.Own the master roadmap and delivery for WiredScore Platform.Coordinate and drive platform releases across products. Work with the Product, UX, R&D, Tech, and Data to groom the backlog, identify dependencies, synergies, and blockers, and keep the release train moving.Project manage all areas connected to WiredScore Platform. Manage everyone in the process, including making strong, data backed recommendations and driving stakeholders to consensus.
You are a great fit for this role if you have some or all of the following: You have 3 – 5 years of experience in product management in a software environment.You are an expert in agile development methodologies.You can participate in technical conversations about data and system architecture.You have owned and delivered a product roadmap.You have taken major improvements from concept to market. You are empathetic and can understand internal user and client needs. You have led initiatives involving cross functional teams. You are a pro in project management and stakeholder management. Bonus: You have experience in real estate, proptech, certifications, or other relevant associated fields – or have a proven ability to learn a new industry quickly.
