You are the first point of contact for more complex product questions and answer them by phone, email and chatbot You get to the bottom of all kinds of concerns and make sure that they are resolved promptly You develop new ways to quickly and comprehensibly check complex product questions and irregularities In addition, you test bugs, new features and at the same time verify your solutions in our software
