Summary Of The Role
The Eagle CRM Training Specialist delivers comprehensive training programs to new and existing clients, focusing on the effective use of the CRM. The training covers general software usage, automation workflows, marketing campaigns, leasing processes, and specialised tasks such as Pendo implementation. The role includes improving existing training programs to better fit client needs and proactively responding to training requests with a scope to further enhance your training skills across multiple systems. The aim is to help clients fully utilise Eagle CRM to optimise workflows, enhance customer relationships, and meet their business goals.
Responsibilities

General Software Training: Conduct training sessions on the core functionalities of Eagle CRM, including contact management, lead tracking, opportunity management, sales pipeline, reporting and dashboards, and system navigation.
Automation Training: Guide clients on building automated workflows to streamline processes such as lead nurturing, follow-ups, task assignments, data updates, and customer communications.
Marketing Training: Train clients on creating and managing email marketing campaigns, lead capture forms, and tracking campaign performance within Eagle CRM.
Leasing Training: Provide specific training on utilising Eagle CRM’s leasing features, such as property listings, lease applications, tenant screening, and lease renewals.
Pendo Implementation: Assist with the implementation of Pendo, a user onboarding and guidance tool, within the Eagle CRM environment to enhance user adoption and engagement.
Customisation and Integration: Train clients on customising Eagle CRM to match their specific business needs and integrating it with other relevant software applications.
Training Materials Development: Create and maintain training materials, including user guides, videos, tutorials, and presentations, to support ongoing client learning.
Client Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients on Eagle CRM usage, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and offer best practices.
Sales Trust Implementation: Train clients on the effective use of the sales trust feature within Eagle CRM, including setup, document management, transaction tracking and reconciliation.

Requirements

Experience in using CRM systems (Eagle CRM) will be appreciated
Proven experience in delivering software training, preferably in a CRM or real estate context but not essential
Strong technical skills and understanding of software applications, databases, and integrations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
High degree of problem-solving skills
Strong time management skills
Strong organizational skills
Team player attitude
