Understands design principles and how content fits into the customer experience, always working to improve it. It will work on creating content and micro-content for our products and channels, actively participating in the company’s communication strategy and collaborating with inGaia stakeholders to define, test and build great experiences for our customers. It will develop and maintain our tone of voice and apply it to all inGaia channels, being a disseminator and guardian of its effective and consistent use throughout the company. Your mission Develop and actively participate in inGaia’s content strategy Work collaboratively with UX Designers, UX Researches, Product Owners, Developers and Marketing to create and maintain linguistic cohesion and unified voice Write content aimed at users in order to reduce friction points, facilitating understanding and helping them to complete tasks Generate insights and see new opportunities for improvement that contribute to a better user experience Write, review and validate the content and micro-content of applications, websites, emails, notifications and other communication channels with the user Track metrics and tests to validate the effectiveness of written content in the user experience Responsible for developing the writing / content guide for the products, always in line with the company’s strategy.
