Market leading Proptech company is looking for tech savvy, peoples person to join their Customer Support Team to ensure all their clients know just how great their software products are and to troubleshoot problems before they happen!
Talking to customers, conducting training sessions, onboarding and delivering fabulous customer service will be part of every day for our team.
You will have had some experience of estate agency, know how the industry works and appreciate the must of excellent customer service – although your ability to communicate and build relationships is infinitely more important.
