PROPERTY INVESTMENT MANAGER

Chaldean Properties is seeking to appoint an entrepreneurial Property Manager to control all aspects of its property portfolio. The company’s current property interests are primarily a mix of light industrial and offices, extending across much of England and Wales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on management of each asset, as well as rent review and lease renewal negotiations with the company’s many successful tenants. Other duties will include setting of annual service charges, portfolio insurance and tenant finding when units become vacant.

Experience in site redevelopment and refurbishment, along with seeking investment opportunities would be a distinct advantage.

Chaldean Properties is a subsidiary of Chaldean Group which has interests in Farming, Residential Property, Estate Management and Property Development.

Place of work can be flexible, but the Group’s headquarters is in Much Hadham, East Hertfordshire.
