- You will drive strategic decisions and help guide and set goals for the Customer Ops Team (Customer Care and Booking Management)
- You will identify operational weaknesses and help improve our processes (e.g. improve booking extension process; funnel conversion and request structure)
- You will build, maintain, communicate, and present detailed reporting
- You will present analysis to senior management to drive decision making
- You will plan and execute on different projects with full autonomy, managing stakeholders
- You will collaborate with local and other Central Operations teams, marketing, product, and other functions, to ensure that insights inform broader critical initiatives and drive changes

- You’re data driven and have an aptitude for problem solving (no decisions without proper data support)
- You have a do it yourself kind of mentality (number crunching + project execution) we’re still building up strong process
- You’re able to set priorities and work on the most impactful projects
- You’re able to communicate well and clearly
- You’re a natural leader and capable of managing a team responsible
Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Some high-growth operations, tech, or startup experience is strongly preferred
- Analytical skills: Excel, SF, zendesk, optional: data queries (SQL)
- Clear communication and good organization skills
- Strong leadership capabilities
