Software Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, New Business salesperson, with experience of selling property management, property rentals or property bookings software to work for a global solutions company based near Westminster Bridge in London. Starting salary to £65k with an uncapped OTE of £100k and lots of perks and benefits. A target of £500k per annum is very achievable. Experience of full cycle new business sales, selling a cloud-based SaaS property management or property rental or real estate software solution in a B2B environment is essential. Experience of selling in the property management software market would be ideal. You will be energetic, ambitious, bright, motivated and passionate about the PropTech market. You can work from home, but you will probably want to be in the office in London a lot of the time. Currently there is no Sales Director, and the expectation is that the next Sales Director will be promoted internally through one of the sales roles, so prospects for management are excellent. You will have sold PropTech software solutions such as Yardi, Qube, MRI, FixFlo, Pinglocker, Allsop, Hexagon, Manhattan Atrium, LIV, Goodlord, Coyote, CARL, Pex, SME, CML, TCAS, Kinetics or similar. In the USA they are the market leading software author in the “build to rent market”. They have the best solution and the “build to rent” market is well established in the USA. They are bringing the solution to the UK and Europe through their offshoot brand over here, and this is an opportunity to sell an incredibly functional piece of software, produced by a software company with a $7 billion market capitalisation. The head group company already has clients in Poland, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, France and Portugal. The area of the “build to rent” market is growing massively in the UK (and Europe) and they already have a small number of clients here running the solution. This job is a chance to build on from that and really clean up on growth of the product.

A typical deal is £50,000 to £100,000 in first year income which includes set up fee and annual licenses. The software is a SaaS, cloud based, hosted solution, so clients sign a deal for 5 years on average. It is not flat out hard core sales; it is very consultative selling, often dealing with a property owner with a £100million to £5billion portfolio and they will be building new properties to rent, and needing this software solution. This is an excellent role because you will get to do UK and European sales of cloud based SaaS software and will have a have a lot of autonomy, so this is your chance to be creative and look at the sales process, work on the tactics, strategy and sales methodology. The solution is well priced and solves a whole bunch of problems that clients have, so there is massive potential to clean up with this! Plus you are working for a £multi-billion software company and the prospects are superb.
