Role Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified Executive Assistant to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to act as a trusted assistant. You’ll be nurturing our brand’s communicative positioning in the start-up scene in the real estate, proptech, as well as digital transformation / IoT market. From day one, the Executive Assistant to the CEO & SLT will have an immediate impact on our business by shaping strategic initiatives, overseeing key projects and acting as a leader for strategic projects. The position is an ideal starting point for an international career at BuildingMinds. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a consulting role in start-up scene, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serves as a strategic support and counsel to the SLT of BuildingMinds providing operational support and liaising with staff, executives and senior leaders
- Oversees strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution
- Facilitates and supports the definition of business and operational strategies, working with the SLT and executives on high profile projects
- Advise and communicates with senior leaders in decision-making, portfolio management and project implementation
- Serves as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and develops action plans to address them and assisting with the preparation and circulation of communications
- Communicating Guidelines, first level information for the SLT
- Coordinate, distribute and follow up on incoming request (Investors, SLT, Partners etc, internal and External)
- Produce high quality presentation to the SLT (consistent, plausible, comprehensible, …), present and communicate complex issues in simple way
- Organization and preparation of key project reviews, minutes and ensure tracking of open items, follow up in timely manners
- Ensure and push on time and in-quality reporting, provide monthly and weekly report on request, tracking and follow up in timely manners
- Research & Benchmarking activities
- Organization of Events
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- 3-5 years in a management or consulting role at senior level
- Proven success in advising and working with multiple teams and departments
- Strategic thinking with quality focus
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form, fluency in English and German
- Start-up mindset is a must – reacting on changes over following a plan
- Experience with planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Able to integrate quickly and deliver
- Strong business acumen with a focus on developing solutions
- Proven project management competencies & excellent financial and analytical skills
- Able to learn from different sources, structure the information and prepare conclusions and recommendations
- Flexibility to travel (not during Covid times)
- Expert in Microsoft O365, especially in pptx. and xsxl.
