Job Description

You will be responsible for defining and implementing the organisations operational activities. Improving end to end conversion of the purchase funnel through operational, processes and systems improvements. This role has a broad remit and you will work across all areas of the organisation. You will analyse processes and systems across the business and define and implement changes to take things that are sub-optimal to be as good as they can be. You will work across some key areas: Analysis:

  • understand customer behaviour as they progress through the purchase journey
  • identify weaknesses and subsequent improvements in the customer journey
  • using commercial analysis make actionable improvements
  • develop daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting

Planning

  • define a clear business performance strategy that improves commercial output
  • create a specific plan to deliver against the strategy
  • develop operational routes to direct customers in to the right product solution

Implementation

  • source, tender and onboard 3rd party suppliers across operational requirements (dialers, document solutions, case management systems, customer service interfaces etc)
  • drive productivity by simplifying and automating processes
  • improve sales forecasting quality and integrity
  • optimise and maintain lead pipelines
  • create policies, procedures, training manuals etc

The Successful Applicant
To be suitable for the Head of Operations and Business Transformation role you will need:

  • relevant experience in a similar operations role within a fast paced, sales led organisation
  • ideally experience from the property market or aligned sector
  • Experience of dialers, case management systems, Salesforce, document solutions and rostering / appointing 3rd party suppliers
  • Autonomous and tenacious – be able to set own direction and define future requirements for operations
  • Strong work ethic, willingness to go above and beyond
  • to be able to commute to London daily
