Our goal is to challenge market norms and to reshape the property industry to better reflect the consumer demands of the 21st Century. Can you think differently? /p pWe need a marketing hero who is an energetic, inspiring, self-starter to get our message out there to consumers, estate agents and the wider property industry. Able to speak data analytics as well as brand, able to handle B2B and B2C, you’ll have a few years experience in an ad agency or tech scale-up, and be ready to take on all aspects of the marketing mix. /p h2The ideal candidate/h2 ul liMin 4 years of marketing experience in a leading marketing agency or in a tech startup: Post Seed, Series A or Series B/li liDemonstrable experience in both B2B and B2C, pref. including product launch, brand building, response and retention campaigns.br /li liTrack record of working across multiple channels with a strong understanding of associated concepts, strategy and techniques /li liA clear understanding of brands, comfortable defining brand proposition and identity – tone of voice, visual identity, guidelines etc./li liGreat creative judgement coupled with a data metric-focussed mindset/li liCreativity, an ability to produce and promote innovative and original ideas/li liStart-up mentality – team player, flexible, dedicated, hardworking a must/li /ulp/p
