Who are you?

A passionate Talent Acquisition Team Leader that is looking for the below scope of work as below.

Hiring (75%)

• • Handle full cycle of the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding for the Sales division
  • Work closely with Sales teams to analyze their hiring needs
  • Enrich the candidate pool/sourcing channels for telesales
  • Support team members on assigned tasks

Team Management (15%)

• • Support team members on unblocking their bottlenecks
  • Daily track the productivity of the team

Report (10%)

• • Work on the weekly report to visualize your team’s achievement

What are your skills?

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience
• Resourceful in mass hiring (telesales, call center, sales agents, etc.)
• Good at communication (in both VIE and EN)
• Data-driven
