Our Client

Our client is a 3-year-old hyper-growth PropTech start-up who last year raised £9m with their Series A funding to help with the expansion and as part of this growth, are looking to hire 3 Recoveries Handler for their expanding London office.

What You’ll Do

This Recoveries Handler will report directly into the Operations Manager and be responsible for recovering losses for landlords arising from end of tenancy claims, as well as collecting funds on behalf of the company’s clients. You will also manage a portfolio of claims, ensuring that SLAs are met, and the claim is concluded quickly and all costs recovered.

What You’ll Need

Suitable candidates for this Recoveries Handler opportunity will need to have previous experience working in a recoveries/collections or debt handler position. Experience with Landlord/Tenant claims would be ideal but not essential. You must be able to create very quick rapport with claimants, as well as being able to diffuse potentially hostile conversation.
