With an established network across London they offer high performance connectivity matched with a customer first approach. With a focus on providing services to large scale landlords and managing agents, they work closely with these groups to provide market leading services to their tenants – both commercial and private. Your new role In this role you will be responsible for engaging with landlords, groups and managing agents across London. With data and leads provided, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle from initial contact to close. Carefully managing sales cycles from 3-12 months, you will provide accurate forecasting throughout. What you’ll need to succeed Prior sales experience will be essential for this role. This will have been gained within a property setting, ideally prop-tech, lettings or managing agent. You will be a confident and clear communicator with a demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets.
