Job Description

  • Lead and coach a sales team of Account Managers to obtain growth and achieve sales targets
  • Continue to develop product and services knowledge
  • Grow in-depth understanding of accounts given and understand clients’ business needs, challenges and priorities
  • Generate Sales opportunities and keep sales pipelines up-to-date in SPOT
  • Establish effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Report activity and sales progress to top management

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Business and Marketing, Media/Advertising, e-Commerce or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Sales or CRM
  • Strong and reliable team player with leadership experience – team management is a must
  • Good analytical and communications skills
  • Excellent business telephone etiquette
  • Creative with appealing solutions to customers
  • Multilingual – English and Malay; optional Chinese dialects
