For our Project Management & Customer Care department, we are now looking for a permanent position at the Berlin-Ostkreuz location for a (Senior) Project Manager & Account Manager (m / f / d) Digital in PropTech.
Your tasks
- Control of major projects for real estate marketing such as Hoch der Isar or XO Residences
- Customer support from brand development through the marketing phase to property sales
- Coordination of the planning and provision of all necessary online / offline information and materials for planned marketing measures in consultation with our internal marketing and brand experts
- Coordination of the marketing strategy as well as coordination of internal experts and external service providers over the entire duration of the project
- Definition and monitoring of the set KPIs (including budget) of the project through continuous coordination with the internal experts
- Creation and provision of reports and analyzes to your customers
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in agile operational project management, ideally in the technical-digital area or online marketing
- Well-founded work experience in customer service
- Work experience with CMS systems, PM software and reporting tools as well as cloud office applications (Google Docs. Etc.)
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Reliability and open-mindedness towards. People and new tasks
- Communicative sensitivity and empathy as well as a confident manner
- You have a hands-on mentality, you are a talent for organization and you are assertive
