One of Manchester’s rising stars in the PropTech industry is looking for a Front End Developer to join their team on a permanent basis at their new Manchester office.

The successful Front End Developer will be joining a growing team of Developers, Designers and QAs, working on a new business project – initially starting with a large scale application and site build. The business is currently going through a period of extensive growth on a national scale, meaning it is a very exciting time to join the business and unrivalled progression potential.

Responsibilities of the successful Front End Developer:

• Cover all aspects of the development on a variety of large-scale, business-critical applications
• Using a technical voice to help them influence the decision-making process, whilst also liaising with clients
• Support and maintenance of existing code.
• Contributing to regular stand-ups, retrospectives and demos (internally and with clients)
• Working well in a team, supporting junior staff when needed and exploring new tech

Skills / Experience required for the successful Front End Developer:

• Strong knowledge of a modern JS framework (ideally Angular, but open to others)
• Good understanding of Node
• Great experience of core FE Technologies – HTML, CSS and JS
• Experience of TDD and working in an Agile/Scrum environment
